What data does this website collect?

This website has no forms, no sign-up and no login, so it never asks you for personal details.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on buttons such as WhatsApp and Call. It works without cookies and reports aggregated numbers, such as how many people opened a page, not who they are.

Like any website, the hosting provider processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

Does this website use cookies?

No. We set no cookies, and the analytics we use does not use cookies either. There are no advertising or social-media trackers on this site.

What happens when I contact DoctorIn on WhatsApp or by phone?

Tapping a WhatsApp or Call button opens WhatsApp or your phone's dialler. Your number and anything you write reach us through those services, which handle them under their own privacy policies.

We use your number and message only to reply to you and to set up your clinic if you become a customer. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

What data do DoctorIn clinic pages handle?

• The token board shows token numbers only, never patient names or personal details.
• Doctor status is one of three labels and contains nothing about patients.
• When a patient books a slot, their name, contact number, batch and UTR are written into a WhatsApp message that the patient sends from their own phone to the clinic's WhatsApp number.
• DoctorIn is not an EMR or HMIS and holds no medical records, prescriptions or billing data.
