What does a hospital get on Multispecialty Pro?
- Everything in Smart Clinic: the live token board, doctor status, the PIN-protected reception panel and deposit-backed booking.
- Multi-doctor and multi-room routing, for example ENT, Ortho and General.
- A full-screen landscape token view for a waiting-room TV.
- An automated daily token reset and CSV reporting.
- 2 premium acrylic desk stands.
- Priority WhatsApp support and maintenance.
How do patients find the right queue?
Patients scan the QR stand at reception, or open the hospital's link from home. The page lists the doctors and specialties with qualifications and room numbers, so patients can see which room to go to. It also shows the token running for that queue, OPD timings and directions.
The token board shows numbers only, never patient names.
What does the waiting-room TV show?
A full-screen, landscape version of the token board, readable from across the room. It shows the same running token as the patient's phone, so the TV and the phone always agree. Any TV with a browser can display it.
Details: live token display.
How does reception manage several doctors?
From the same PIN-protected reception panel at /admin, on any phone or counter tablet. Reception moves each queue's token and sets doctor status to Available, In Surgery or Break. The daily reset runs automatically on Multispecialty Pro, and CSV reports can be exported for the hospital's own records.
What changes at a busy hospital front desk?
In a multispecialty OPD, the same questions reach reception for every doctor at once: which room, which token, whether a particular doctor has arrived or has been called into surgery. Each answer is short, but together they keep the desk crowded.
With Multispecialty Pro, those answers are on the patient's phone and on the waiting-room TV. Reception's job shifts from answering questions to keeping the tokens and statuses current, which takes a tap each time.
Does it replace our HMIS?
No. DoctorIn is not an HMIS or EMR, and it does not connect to one. It holds no patient records, prescriptions or bills. It sits at the front desk next to your existing systems and answers patients' queue questions. The difference is set out in QR token system vs clinic management software.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Multispecialty Pro is ₹24,999 one-time, with free hosting and SSL. You pay 50% to start and the remaining 50% after go-live and stand delivery. The page goes live within 48 hours, and reception training takes about 10 minutes. For a custom multi-doctor setup, call or WhatsApp us. All plans are on the pricing page.
