How DoctorIn works, from QR scan to live token
After you sign up, DoctorIn builds your clinic's mobile page and delivers the QR stand within 48 hours, then trains your reception staff in about 10 minutes. Patients scan the stand to see the live token, doctor status, timings and directions, and reception updates it all from a PIN-protected page on a phone.

What happens after you sign up?
- 1You message us on WhatsApp or call, and we show you a demo clinic page.
- 2You choose a plan and pay 50% to start the build.
- 3You share your clinic's details: doctors, qualifications, specialties, room numbers, OPD batches and timings, address and reception number.
- 4We build your branded page at [clinic].doctorin.online or a custom domain. Free hosting and SSL are included.
- 5We deliver the acrylic QR stand to your reception desk (Smart Clinic and Pro).
- 6We train your reception staff in about 10 minutes at your desk.
- 7Your page is live within 48 hours, and you pay the remaining 50%.
What does a patient do?
- 1Points the phone camera at the QR stand. No app, no login.
- 2Sees the running token, the doctor's status and OPD timings on the clinic's page.
- 3If they want a slot, taps Book a slot, pays the ₹100 deposit by UPI and sends the prefilled WhatsApp message.
- 4Taps Directions for Google Maps or Call reception if they need the desk.
Patients can also open the same page from home, through the clinic's link, before they leave.
What does reception do each day?
- 1Opens the reception panel at /admin on any phone or counter tablet and enters the PIN.
- 2Resets the token for the day with one click.
- 3Taps + Next Token each time the doctor calls the next patient (− Previous fixes a mistake).
- 4Sets the doctor's status to Available, In Surgery or Break when it changes.
- 5Checks booking messages on WhatsApp and matches each UTR to a payment.
What address does the clinic page use?
Each clinic gets its own address on doctorin.online, such as your-clinic.doctorin.online, or you can use your own custom domain. The page is served over HTTPS, and hosting is included at no extra cost.
Which languages does DoctorIn support?
DoctorIn works in English and Telugu.
